HCLTECH Unethical company to work
HCLTECH didn't give me increment in 2023, they smartly released increment letter in 2023 but made increment applicable from Jan 2024, your psychological feeling like you got hike in 2023, and again for 2024 they didn't give hikes from band E3 again I didn't get hike. But HCL CEO was saying they are giving increments, they are just boosting brand image.
Another thing they are infusing so many+2/intermediate qualified people into jobs, when there Computer science graduates MCAs, Engineering, PG candidates available in the market they are taking + 2 qualified on very low wages. This is very unethical practice, these +2 candidates gets on job training and some degree, nobody consider their degree or experience outside, so life time with HCLTECH salary they have to work.

I'm from that doomed one, not able to work on projects core tasks as knowledge is less ,very less time to learn new things as college is more like a burden on 9 to 5, support is all I can do , feeling shit in this company wanna quit bus still college degree is pending,they only give 199 dollar as salary ,in name of hike they match the rupees value at that time 😑
