HCL has a good work culture, often seen as more employee-friendly. Compare it with Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. Personal experiences vary, so consider your career goals.

😂😂 that's before roshini nadar. Now it's only for profit. Thousands of people were laying off silently

HCL vs TCS mein compare bhi mat karo. HCL is a lost cause now. TCS is a great company with career growth opportunities and employee benefits. Ek structure hai that TCS follows. Also, you get to work with various tools which would help you upskill.

I don’t think HCL vs TCS is a tough choice. Everyone knows HCL is not doing good in terms of business and TCS is a big name. They also have good projects to work in. So, professional growth ke liye bhi TCS is a far better option than HCL.

What do you mean is hcl a good company, there is no such thing as a good company. It is only bad, worse, and worst!
HCL is better than Accenture. TCS is also fine only. In HCL atleast you get hybrid and they have other employee benefits. Work environment and pressure will always depend from project to project so that I can’t say. But what I believe is that HCL is better than TCS and Accenture. Accenture is worst in these three.

Pata nahi yaar if HCL is a good company or not. But, if you’re considering joining HCL, go through the reviews on Glassdoor or Ambition Box. I also did the same and now I’m at an associate-level role in Capgemini.

I often ask myself the question is HCL a good company? Truth to be told, I myself don’t know much. Even there are mixed reviews on Glassdoor. So, I’m also in a confusing state currently. But, yes it had quite a reputation in their prime days.
