I am not sure about leave policy in HCL, but I think you get 10 casual leaves, 6 sick leaves and 18 earned leaves. you should clarify from your HR
Oh! HCL leave policy is outstanding. I mean 18 earned leaves for employees with 3 years of service and anyone older than that will have 20 earned leaves. Agar you have less than 3 years of service, aapko 1 leave allot hoga and if its more than that you will get 2 leaves a month. Its good right?
HCL leave policy is very flexible. HCL also provides a work from home option like not complete wfh, but hybrid. I think it is super helpful. hope it helps you!
