During my last sem in college I got placement in HCL. it is a very good company. don't worry about anything just go talk to your managers. they are very helpful.

I dont know about HCL Bench Policy but my company has a 90-day bench policy. There have been cases that after 90 days many people have been fired in my company jabki there are some who have been on bench for years.

As far as I know, the HCL Bench policy is 90 days. But, I think that varies from one person to another. Baki luck bhi hai re.

I think, HCL has a 3 month bench policy, but better hai that you confirm with your manager. don't take a risk with your career.
