Has getting into US MBAs become easier?

Been looking at a couple of people I know on LinkedIn going to Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg etc.

It’s a bit surprising because a lot of them have been at just one traditional org for 3-4 years. Not saying it was good that mostly IIT PE/VC/Consulting folks would be the ones to go, but just surprised how there’s such a big difference in the profiles, all of a sudden?

Curious if anybody else noticed this or knows more?

Moving to Europe/US after MBA from ABC

How easy it is to get a job in Europe/US after doing an MBA from IIMs? It does not need to be through college placements nor does it have to be just after passing out. It can be 3-4 years down the line.
