This is the biggest problem for any fitness tracking app. I think if any company/startup comes up with an idea where we take the food of everything we eat and their macros get logged automatically using AI. I guess there are some app that do it, but there is always this accuracy issue with them.

I have used it and it’s good. You should use healthyfime till use generally understand what calorific value variations of your diet and items you eat.
Then your brain becomes adept at the rough math and you don’t really need the app anymore.
Apart from that the best gains in health I have seen have been with paid plans and professionals guiding me.
Would you pay 1 lac if god offered you 6 packs? If yes spend that money on setups and professionals that can help you get there

HealthifyMe actually buys the "transformation" content/stories from folks all over. They have an entire team for it.
Just like coaching institutes that claim every ranker by handing over cash to them.
