Happy Women's Day! Maybe there is a bias against women in terms of pay but then men are paid less than their male peers too (sometimes the manager is raking in less than the teammate). And then theres diversity hiring, where women are hired just to fulfill the %.
I guess it's not as clear cut of a bias, but would it be a bias if every woman is being paid more than the male peers in a team/company ? If so then cognizant is the best company since all my female coworkers earn more than me (some with no yoe too).
