I uninstalled it 2 years ago, when I had to wait for an hour and the rider didn't show up, on top of that they were asking me to pay the entire amount even though it wasn't my fault and no ride was done. Pathetic. Stay away.
There was a post on uber a/b testing a feature where they do not show the price upfront and maybe try to fullfill the ride by bidding on the driver side ...maybe not sure on it ...maybe ola is doing something similar...can you describe what happened at the end of the trip when did they show you the price
