Gym personal training
I’m new to gym and my trainer is asking me to take personal training. Why trainers always push for PT. P.S: I’m a girl

I'm also a girl. I have been doing gym from past 3/4 years .
I would suggest you first learn yourself from the YouTube and from your friends. Everything available online itself for the free.
I had also taken PT for some months but it was a total waste of money. Then I learnt everything for myself and transformed my body . You can learn about the right diet and exercises online on YouTube for free and practice it everything (correct postureetc etc) at home itself.
So your willingness and motivation towards it matters .
You can do it girl
Lots of love and power to you sis 😺 🐈 🐾

What I didn’t like is assisted stretching during PT and these trainers won’t give enough attention to us in gym if we are not taking PT. I’m really confused and I don’t have any friends/workout partners in gym🥲

PT is just a push to rip off money. Barely 1% of the trainers across the world are really dedicated and do the right way.
I would suggest learning the basics on your own and if you feel after 6 months you need help then and only then opt for PT. Plus alot (not all) push women especially for PT cause they feel its easier to get a women on board and usual gender crap.

Go for PT for at least 3 months. Gym injury can be a lifetime. It's important to have the correct form, in that process you should learn by yourself also and quit PT after 3 months.
