Guide me in choosing to new carrier by switching carrier from banking to sap

As I am a service desk manager in indusind bank branch banking department from last 2 years. Previously I worked in Muthoot finance as an internal auditor for transection verification. Now I get stuck in sales and operations in bank. I want change my carrier from banking to specific domen like SAP consultant. As I have a prior experience in audit so I get an opportunity in esap bank for internal auditor for gold loan. Need a guide whether to change in SAP is it right time at the age of 30 and experience of 7 years in banking and NBFC or I should go for internal Audit gold verification.
