  1. Blinkit - Operations- Team Management Role- CTC 3500000 fixed and ESOPs 1000000.

  2. Noon - Strategic Role -IC - Dubai. CTC 24000 Dirhams per month- Dubai.

What should I choose from here having an understanding that I want to spend at least 3 years in the next org. Please cover all the aspects and not only CTC while helping me in making a decision.
