Got myself an junior buy side equity research after passing out from an tier 3 college

I completed my BBA from a tier-3 college from jaipur but worked my ass off to get a job that too not from college placement because I didn't wanted to do sales and say it luck or my hard work i cracked an 6 month internship in a Equity research fund and after that it was all me, I worked for like 12 hours per day for six months to just crack the full time offer even after coming from a very medicore course like bba and not even from a good college I had zero knowledge and still I have alot to learn but I think my employer saw my eagerness to deep dive into equity markets.

So i would like to have some suggestions on how to progress from this role and become a PM in future or start my own practice.
