Got force logged out again

I again got forcefully logged out of grapevine app and when I tried to login, i got 7 OTPs

Did anyone else face this issue ?

Anyone facing frequent logouts on grapevine mobile app? I got logged out 3 times in the last 7 days only. Then I have to relogin again via OTP and toggle-on dark mode every time.
