Got Drunk n Drive Challan

I got drunk and drive challan, back in March 2024 with fine amount 0 rupees, which I noticed today when transferring the RC to my name, the car was on loan actually for 2yrs.

I was in Gurugram during that time, working late night, the boss offered some wine. And after having dinner I left with 4 of my fiends.

On the way to home, the police stopped and checked alcohol consumption it came 61mg/100ml. They were ready to make challan for 10K and licence suspension.

They upon requesting, agreed on

1. No licence suspension
2. No vehicle impound
3. Challan with 0 amount

Folks I know that it comes under offence, and yes not for anything else but for own ourselves and people around us and to our family it becomes unsafe when we indulge in these things. It was my first n last thing when I did something like this.

But now the question is how to get this cleared. Without clearing this challan RC transfer can not be done.

Please guide me here I’m clueless on how to sort this out.
