Got an offer today
Today I got an offer from a startup giving 12 LPA. I know I deserve better than this. But , I was laid off 3 months back having 17 LPA. Applied to 200s of job posts, but got an interview from only 4 companies. In this tough job market I will continue with this and make a long jump when the market gets favourable.
I guess, the market is healing slowly now, because I got interviews from the past 2 weeks.
