Got an Offer from EY GDS for Senior consultant 3

I recently got an offer from EY GDS for Senior consultant 3 (supply chain operations and analytics). Can someone please help me should I join the EY Gds. How is the work culture there, compensation and other benefits, and most importantly work pressure.

They are offering 22 LPA. Is this fine for 5 YOE.🤔

I am getting the same position and ths mother fucker HR offered e way less . 17 fixed . For senior consultant L3 . And senior Consultant L2 are getting 19 fixed .wtf man basterds everywhere
