I was interning at Microsoft, when a Google recruiter reached out to me for interview 2025 new grad role. I had 3 days to prepare and I had 3 rounds. All the rounds went okay. But I still haven't received any update even after emailing them twice. I don't understand whether I'm rejected or not. What should I do?

It's fine, I did receive PPO from Msft. It's just that I'm disappointed with the experience from Google. They did roll out offers for women but I don't know what's taking them that long for men. I gave my interviews on 4th of July and its well past 3 months.
For my collegue it took 7 months
