Going through hell
So to summarize the events that happened in October.
- Laid off in the first week
- Broke up in second week (She doesn't know about lay off, due to some other reason)
- Family member got seriously ill on third week.
And right now, I am just thinking what the hell do I do to calm my nerves. Nothing seems to be going right. And honestly, I wouldn't be worried if any of these items would have striked alone but all of these happening together has seriously affected my mental state right now. Don't worry, I am a fighter though. Will come out of this phase. Just needed to get this off my chest.

October has been painful for me too My gf (ex) is forcefully engaged to someone else,now she behaves cold and distant (could be any reason) Life after that has not been easy, have no one to share, i hope we overcome this phase.

But the guy she got engaged to is not someone she liked, her parents blackmailed and forced her, we were separated we didn't break up So a bit confused on cold and distant behaviour

I went through something similar in august. My father (70 years old), who was hale and healthy, suddenly complained about sever back pain and couldn’t walk. Turns out he needed immediate spine correction surgery. On the very next day of his surgery, while he was still in hospital, my son had to be admitted in hospital due to sudden drop in platelets. It was so severe, that i am still thanking all the known and unknown gods that we admitted him in the hospital that hour of the day. As per doc, even a couple of hours delay would have been deadly. I had to shuffle between both the hospitals (which are 10kms apart) while my wife is with my son and mom with father. By god’s grace both of them are healthy now and on their way to recovery.
After all this, all I can say is keep your head down and do what is needed to be done. These are some bad days and there is light at the end of the tunnel. You will see it eventually and you will emerge stronger and wiser when you come out of this. Stay strong and fight like a champion. Good luck.
And I used to go to a park in some random colony and sit for 30 mins whenever i felt overwhelmed. No phone and no talking. I dont know anyone there. I just sit in silence and come back. Helps me calm my mind. You need to find what works for you.
