How long does it typically take to complete the verification after submitting the details on Grid?

Also, is the offer letter issued before or after filling in the details on Grid?

Hi, After the client round , I received the update after 2 days that I am selected and on the same day they released the ol.

In total I appeared in 4 technical rounds all were in MERN.
