Globallogic || Background verification
I was reffered at Globallogic. 3 technical rounds were held. 1 hr round. Before releasing the Offer Letter. Hr asked me do i have some employement clashes ? To this i responded honeslty I do have of 10 days that too from the mistake of the hr of the other company. Dual emplyement dates refer image:
I do have the appologies mail from B company in which they are accepting their mistake of the overlapping issue because of their mistake. Hr from Gl asked for the same appology mail and i forwarded that mail to him.
Company C did not verified any of this. But As GlobalLogic is big company , i thought of keeping the things clear.
Does anyone have similar experience with Gl or other company ? please share your thoughts.
And are there chances that GL will offer me the position ?
Also i am having doubts will any other company allow me to join them.

Just ask the globallogic if they will allow or you need to get it corrected. This is a genuine mistake. You can yourself get it corrected by submitting in epfo office.

Company B should have submitted signed letter to EPFO, to correct the joining date.
Company B is not ready to correct that and for any help Because i did not joined them so they are just taking the revenge. The hr who did wrong entry was fired. Appology mail was sent by other Hr on personal request.
