getting onsite in TCS?

I just joined TCS I’m a backend dev and I really want to get onsite work and relocate abroad. Europe, if possible. What are my chances of getting onsite in TCS and how can I increase them? What do I need to do?

If you are able to build good rapport with client, then you have good chance. Otherwise it's all depend on your luck and office politics.
