Getting interviewed at Protiviti

Hii, I am getting interviewed at Protiviti, I really looking forward to make my first switch after 2.5 years experience. The role is for software developer, and they have mentioned they are looking it for their particular client. Since, Protiviti is a consulting firm, I am currently working at Oracle Financial Services, which is a product+service based company. Should I go for it? Anyone from the company wants share any experience and salary stats. Please help me make this decision. Also, if the particular client goes, will they also fire me or will I be staying in the company?
