I started my first Job as BDE with a package of 6lpa for 2 years Did a pointless mba and wasted 2 years post that Then got a job at swiggy When I look around people my age everyone seems to be earning a lot more than me (in my circle atleast)
I want to get away from sales and switch in the field of program management or brand marketing, I don't have relevant experience as I've been in sales all the way.
I'm not sure what I should do, open to any kind of advice.
What point are you trying to make here?
Everyone’s time zone is different. What you are earning at 27 is still much better than many other folks. Do not compare yourself with others.
