MBA grads(3+ years of exp) who are yet to find their role/vertical/industry... What is your plan? When should one develop the 'expertise'?

Why did you think you are alone😂.. i think most of the people just let the time to choose theirs. May be after a few years our profile will be narrowed down to a skill set. But i am not sure. Thats why I want to understand
@HereForGossips I thought an MBA would solve all my problems, but it seems like it tangled them more.
:/ From my POV, MBA has too many variables, with regards to cost, time, money, effort. Not cracking an IIM makes it feel disadvantageous.
