Future of NTT Data

Currently I am working in Accenture and I have an offer from NTT Data. Is it good option to join NTT Data. How is the work culture in NTT Data as compared with Accenture. And is NTT Data asking employees to work from office or still they are working WFH model in Bengaluru location. Please share your thoughts on this, Thanks in Advance!

NTT Data is a solid company with a good reputation. Work culture can vary by team, but generally, Accenture is known for better flexibility. NTT Data might require more office presence. Evaluate based on your priorities.

Being with NTT Data for 3years I would say the culture here is good to work. NTT is a solid company. Never worked with Accenture so no comments on there.

Work from office is 1 day in a month as pet NTT Data, but varies a bit based on client requirement.

Any idea if NTT Data is asking employees to return to office...last I heard they're still working from home and visiting office 1 day in a month. Any inputs would be appreciated
