Although I thoroughly enjoy delving into backend architecture and databases, I find myself at a crossroads. Heard many discussions among seniors of the rise of Deno, Go, and Rust, suggesting a shift from JavaScript. Stay in backend if u want good career progression, kinda defined interviews, and easier transfer of skills. Just my opinion. Go is worth picking up

Increasing your depth with JavaScript and Typescript programming languages and the overall ecosystem of these two will help you a lot in terms of growth.
Increase all kinds of database experience, these days every product or the org needs to use SQL, NoSQL and other kinds of databases.
