As long as your card is partnered with DreamFolks, you can generate QR codes which can be used easily.

Nothing scammy. A lot of folks giveaway the lounges for free who have it in ample. I myself get 70-80 lounges via my debit and credit cards evey year which goes to waste. Not sure why you think its a scam.
I have around 50-60 domestic airport + railway lounges with me which i am willimg to giveaway for free. I get it with my credit and debit cards which are of not much use to me beyond a certain point.
