I have been offered positions at both fractal analytics and VWITS. However, I would need some help to decide the firm.
7 YoE and working in data science Job location is BLR.
Fractal offering 35 including 10%committed pay
VW offering 35 including 12% variable
How is the WLB in these firms?
From what I have learn over LinkedIn, Fractal has support kinda projects not actual development one. But the position at VW is also of IT Specialist L15.
Should I ask for more at VW since never countered them?
Fractal' projects are PoC in nature as per the reports which means switching between clients. Which means a possibility that I might be required to go to different office location every 3month/6month. Any thoughts?
Fractal might have more frequent client switches, affecting WLB. You could try negotiating with VWITS, since you haven't countered yet. Consider project nature and growth potential too
