Founders are sometimes sooo stupid

OMG I keep getting frustrated with my founder - keeps making teh same obvious mistakes over and over again. At fisrt when I was neew to startups, I'd think founders were suuuuuper smart and intelligent and geniuses and I'd put them up on a pedestal. But now.... I know they can be just as stupid as the next person and don't always know what they're doing.

Every person will find the other person stupid. As a former startup owner, I can vouch for the extreme pressure one has to face as founder.

Want to experience a founders life, quit your job and look for another. For people who can't start their own business, this is the closest one can experience pressure of cash flow.

this is a bad faith response. the OP definitely needs to step up and help the founder but this is a platform for no judgement. If you can't do that you should not be on this app.

then you solve his problems for him.. and get promoted/rewarded. No individual human can do everything. Great startups are formed by grear teams not great founders.

Founders are just like everyone else. They are ahead just out of some luck or high risk. Thats it.

I am a founder & I do stupid stuff all the time.

Startup founders are mafia bosses!

My rant about the Startup Ecosystem in India

The US is the land of dreams because of primarily 2 reasons: enough talented folks willing to take big risks and enough risk-capital providers. Both these pillars for India have issues. Let me explain.

First, there are no true risk take...

Working at startups is terrible
