Customer loot after the customer acquisition.. This whole food delivery and quick commerce system is designed to ruin your habits and later charge you more in the name of our comforts.. the list goes on.. platform fee, convenience fee, environment fee, handling fee, delivery fee, bad weather fees, traffic jam fees and bla bla.... They are still discovering so many new fees in the board meetings.. better take an early exit to save the older system which they want to kill.. once that's gone. You will have no options to buy elsewhere.

What is older option? Go out yourself, stay in traffic, in burning sun at signals, risk yourself on road when literal stone age people are driving with no sense of driving, to save ~20rs?
No thank you I would rather not eat a meal once or twice a month and it covers all delivery expenses for that month. Ez win win situation.
Agreed with you, food delivery operates like drug dealers. Once they get you hooked, they will keep increasing the prices.
Earlier you could call restaurant and ask them to pack your order, by the time you reach there, your order would be ready. Now, they don't entertain such requests.
Food delivery is also driving prices up like nobroker is doing for homes. Once you know people are paying higher prices u don't wanna go back
