One of my cousin selected in company called 'Nexential Technology Solution Private Limited' company (www.nexential.in)/? Is it genuine real company or fake? They have their LinkedIn profile and own website.

They are offering train and hire program after the interview process for 'Java Developer' role. After the interview they are asking to pay 35k as training fee and providing 100% guaranteed job after it's completion. Please reply to this post as soon as possible, it will be great help.
