Focus issue...

Hey guys, I'm preparing for interviews. I'm giving so much time in late nights also but I'm unable to be efficient. Always distracted not with mobile but cos of Overthinking or killing mosquitoes... Many are there to distract me ... Help me how can I be more productive... I dont have long time period...
