FlexiPay benefits in Atos/Eviden

Hi, I am a new joiner in Atos/Eviden and have been asked to declare planner in day force vendor portal. Anyone from Atos or Eviden, Could you kindly help me in this aspect what all to be chosen as part of new tax regime and maximum reimbursement benefits ? Your help is appreciated.
