This weekend, my friend and I went for a search for flats. We covered the below areas and prices are mentioned. Pls also share the Info that you have so that I can plan better.

Nallagandla: Standalone Apartment: 5.8 to 6.5k per Sft Both ready to occupy and Under construction flats are quoting the same range with Slightly negotiable Option

Ameenpur: Standalone Apartments : 4.5 to 5.5k per Sft Independent Houses with 150 Sq Yard 1.3 to 1.5 Cr Independent Houses with 120 Sq yard 1.2Cr

Tellapur : Standalone Apartment: 5.5 to 6k per sft Under construction

Pls also share the info that you have and also pls let me know is it good time to Buy or we need to Hold and WHY
