I have an unfurnished flat in my building & I’d like good & friendly neighbours.
The building has its own issues, such as mildly damp walls outside, oldie looking unattractive building & a cigarette shop just below the windows, but otherwise it’s a good deal at ₹25k in HSR. The location and connectivity via bus stops are its main USP, the building is average but nice for the location & price.
I am vacating my flat by April 1st. It’s 2 bhk fully furnished in hsr. But rent will be 23k including maintenance
