I work in one of the good companies out there, My performance has been on track (if not great). But am stuck on the same technology, I badly want to upgrade to new skills but am too lazy to start and I am continuously procrastinating and, at times hating myself for seeing this version of mine ( I have always been a good student and use to have loads of concentration back then) Need some help on how to come out of this, Has anyone been in similar situations and come back out of it?
