Feeling stuck with creative Job
I recently joined this company (silk saree brand) very renowned in south india.
I have been getting praises and good feedbacks on my work but this job is bit uncreative, people don’t work in teams/slack/ any management portal.
They have been using whatsapp for basic conversation which i hate as it merges my professional and personal life alot.
Salary is good but not that great, i have a team of 4 people all are very much just sheep where they don’t come up with ideas just work on execution.
Should i change with just 2 months of working here. I am from north and getting a same salary job in Gurgaon.

Why don't you try and bring in structure to communication If no one takes up a new software, Maybe use WhatsApp for business with a separate mobile number to segregate
If reportees are sheep, train and set them targets for creative output
You've already built goodwill with great work. Why not use the positive karma to push mgmt for changes, take up more work, ask them for long term work, promotion plans, etc.
Tried introducing basecamp and other project management software, management is acting cheap😭
Training my juniors to become active and share their thought’s as well.
Management is full of boomers who are used to this and won’t budge, i will try to make my end more active as marketing is very fast paced and ever-changing.
