Feeling Stuck- Solution Architect @L8, 16yrs
Hi All,
Everyone seems to be talking about 50LPA+ roles, and here I am feeling stuck at 23LPA. I’ve moved from QA to Agile Coach, and now into a Pre-Sales role at Accenture , but honestly, it hasn’t felt rewarding, especially with 0% hike over the last 3 years. Not sure what the next right move is. Any guidance would really mean a lot right now..

We are in same boat buddy, have almost same package and same experience. Try to learn AI and search IJP or moveon!!

23 lpa not bad how you reached that package
What's your first company ?

Bro he is 16yrs yoe he should be easily 50+

3 Yrs with 0 hike is a huge red flag, forget about the cctc. You should look out for opportunities and make the switch. Accept an offer with atleast 30% or higher to start with, and then try to counter it.
