Feeling lost in life, don't know what to do

(please don't judge me based on my other posts)

I have been unemployed since February of this year, and my exit from the last company was horrible since I was the last engineer working there, I have worked there for 3 years.

I don't have epf because the company was small, so I am worried about how I can differentiate myself from the guys who buy experience certificates from shady companies for 20K.

The only good thing I have is my skills, but nothing else. I have been getting calls from no-name companies from time to time but I am failing to even pick up the phone because of the situation I am in.

I don't want to join a lala company again, after what I have been through in my last company(WLB was great, work was exciting too so I ignored red flags like salaries being 3-4 days late, taking 5-6 follow ups for getting payslips or form 16 etc, when asked about reason, they said they outsource HR work and do so in batching).

How can I fix myself and have the ability to improve on non-tech talk? It feels impossible because I literally have no leverage. If you have been in this situation, which feels very unlikely, any reply would be really helpful.

Dude, it's a tough spot to be in... all I can say is keep faith and keep applying, you'll land a job eventually if you've got the skills.

I don't think certifications really matter, your work experience (and projects if you have any) do, so don't worry too much about that part if you're confident in your skills.

Can you also post your stack and YoE? Maybe someone here might be able to help with a referral.

Hey man, totally feel you. Been through something similar, and it really messes with your confidence. But trust me, your real experience matters more than fake certificates. Just take one step at a time — maybe start picking a few calls, do some mock interviews, and try small side projects to get back in flow. Things will slowly fall into place. You’re not alone in this don't give up. All the best.

If you had skills... Getting a job wouldn't be a problem. First step is to come out of delusion and accept your situation.

First thing you do is take off the pressure. Job is not the complete life. Just part of it. So do something like playing, gym, freelance, farming,( if possible generate secondary income) to deviate from this pressure. And then start giving interviews as many as you can and say yes to everything.

I am not judging you but if your intention is to get help repost it with qualification ,yoe, tech stack, 3 best skills.

You only don’t have an pf account , but keep your other documents handy like
1 . Experience letter 2. Offer letter 3. Bank statement (salary credit through company name)
4. Email proving company closure 5. Form 16

These things are enough to prove that your work experience is genuine..
