Farewell speech ideas
I have my farewell on Friday. After spending 4.5 years at Gartner i have decided to move to a new opportunity.
Can someone suggest some evil ideas for my speech at my farewell party. I mean i really want to insult my previous manager because she put me on PIP. Any suggestions.

Smile a lot during the notice period. Nothing hurts a manager than a happy employee during the notice period. It will also impact other team members as well. Seeing you happy, they will feel like quitting. And don't forget to overstate your hike and tell them.
It doesn't matter..half of the people come for the farewell cake.. No one bothers or remembers ...out of sight is out of mind , unless you make an impact.
You don't get it. It's not for anyone else but for me.
