False FIR on me
My neighbor has filed a false FIR against me related to a minor fight. I was not present in my hometown. Will it affect my career in the IT sector?

Given the fact that you were not present in the city, then if you could prove that in the Honourable courts, by showing a ticket or some other proof, then no need to worry. And after that you can file defamation and other mental harassment cases. AND NO EMPLOYER CAN REJECT YOU ON THIS BASIS UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU ARE PROVEN GUILTY.

Instead of seeking answers here seek sound legal advise. A good lawyer can even reverse the charge and get you free.

Indian laws is not that much good, This case is in the court and opposite party asking for settlement. Here I want to know that will FIR affect in private jobs or not

What sections are present in your FIR?

190(2),191,115(2),352(2),351(2),7

In your current firm, there isn't much chance of any issue. Only when you switch, some firms can do a BV check for criminal records and this can come up. But when they ask you about it, just mention it was a neighborhood dispute. A good statement to use here is 'property' dispute leading to a false implication. I am hoping no arrest has been made yet. Also if the matter gets disposed of at police investigation phase, no chargesheet will be made and it will no longer be a reason for explanation during BV check. In case you have taken an Anticipatory Bail, check for conditions about international travel. If the matter is chargesheeted, it is trickier to handle but still use the same explanation as above if you are ever asked about it by the profilors.

Well it doesn't mostly. I switched 2 orgs with a case in me, the earlier org didn't even do criminal check and the recent one they did criminal check, still I cleared it. So mostly the 3rd party bgc org doesn't even do proper criminal check is i assume, As long as it is banking/sensitive case. But try to close the case before the charge sheet is filed, else even if it's a false case which was the same case for me, u have to attend the court every 3 months until min 3yrs. It's really embarrassing to attend the court with many criminals around, and sometimes u have to wait whole day for ur turn before judge to just show ur face for 5 seconds.

Currently this case is in district court so if i will switch project or organization so will it affect ?pls help bro, you are the right person who can answer my question because you have already faced this.

As I said if u r not switching ur job, there won't be any issue as long as u r managing 1 day leave to attend court every 3/6 months. And even if u switch most of the companies don't do criminal check, and even if they do, they don't care about civil case but if it's a criminal case, then it might cause an issue. Just check if the charge sheet is done or pending on ur case. U can contact any advocate and they'll be able to help. Else u can file a squash petition in high court challenging ur case, this way u can definitely close in 3 to 6 months but may have to spend some amount. Which i didn't do thinking anyways it's a false case, so thought there won't be any issue as I don't switch. But things changed after 2yrs, I got laid off & this time I don't want to take risk, so did a settlement with counter party for 1 lakh and it got closed. But the thing is my current org did the BGC just a week before it got closed & still they didn't find it. Anyways now it's closed but I should have done it in the initial days, so don't do that mistake, even it doesn't cause any issue, so contact good advocate and get it closed.

Yes your BGC will effect

Also it reflect at the time of on site opportunity on passport verification history

So it means i will not get any job in future?

No. Chill. See where Trump is.
