Facing BGV Issues Due to Early Career Terminations — Need Advice

Hi all, I need some honest advice on a situation that’s been bothering me.

After college, I joined Avasoft as an intern, which later got converted to full-time. But due to personal medical issues at the time, I couldn’t continue and exited without serving notice. Then I joined Collabera — but realized within a few days that the role was non-technical. I got an offer from Infosys (in my preferred domain) and moved there. Since I left early, Collabera issued a termination letter as per policy.

I’ve now been working at Infosys for nearly 3 years, consistently in the BFSI domain. No performance issues, full client-side experience, and I’ve even received appreciation awards.

Recently, TCS rejected me due to background check policy, citing the early exits (termination letters).

❓My questions:

Has anyone faced something similar and still passed BGV with companies like Accenture, EPAM, Deloitte, or product-based firms?

Do companies always demand documents for every company listed in PF/UAN, even if we don’t mention them in the resume?

Is there a way to get a neutral letter from past employers instead of a termination one?

Should I keep explaining this every time, or is it better to ignore PF-listed companies if not claimed?

Any insights or guidance would really help. I’ve built myself up steadily since those early missteps and don’t want that phase to block better opportunities ahead.

Thanks in advance.
