EY GDS Offer letter
Hi Folks Does anyone have any idea, How many will it take to release an offer letter from EY GDS. Technical interview and managerial interview completed. 2 days back, HR called me and gave me an update that we can move forward. I got an email on the same day to fill out the candidate form and send both my updated resume and adhaar card. Salary negotiation is also done. HR mentioned there will be 3 levels of approvals needed to release an offer. Does anyone know how much time it will take normally for this process to complete.? Thanks in Advance

Yeah, the 3-level approval thing is standard there. Mine took almost 3 weeks post-final round and docs submission. Some folks got it in under 10 days, others had to wait a month, depends on internal workflows and urgency of the role. But if HR has confirmed movement, you’re mostly in the clear.

I went through a similar process last year. After the final HR call and submitting all documents, it took around 10–15 days for the offer to come through. EY GDS does have a multi-level approval setup, so things can take time.
