Expected Salary Hike for Job Switch – Need Advice
I have nearly three years of experience as an automation tester, working with Selenium (Java, C#), manual testing, API testing (Postman), SQL, and Azure DevOps. My current CTC is 5.75 LPA. If I switch jobs, what should be the minimum hike I should expect? Also, what additional skills should I focus on to reach a 15 LPA? Thanks!
