Every heard -> We want someone who bleeds culture
The recruiter, The hiring manager, The founder constantly kept saying: "We want someone who bleeds culture. You know someone who bleeds accountability, ownership. Someone .. whose veins are full of velocity. Someone willing to haemorrhage ego for the mission. Someone who would literally give this company khoon pasina.."
I just said "I'm anaemic" Now they've stopped talking to me. What did I do wrong?
Disclaimer: a. This is a cooked-up story. Unless it's not. b. I'm not actually anaemic c. Don't DM me asking "which company?" Those people and orgs who say this already know who they are. d. If you're a recruiter, founder, hiring manager reading this, and have said this: yes this was meant to offend you. You are welcome.

Those are the companies which are toxic. Period.
They are the ones who will ask you to give your 200% for bare minimum and keep handing you the promotion/best ever lollipop for countless years. When they do finally promote you they will do so with minimal hikes and say that we want to see you deliver before we make any drastic changes in the CTC.
Remember: greats with great culture do not brag about it- you will know it when you are communicating with them.

Yep.. but then where will you say “melody itni chocolatey kyun hai”
