I recently concluded interviewing with Eventbrite.
The recruiter is asking me for my expected salary range and I have been unsuccessful in pushing back. I don't want to end up being underpaid compared to my peers.
What's the senior SWE compensation range for Eventbrite India? Can't find any significant data points on Glassdoor or Blind.

Search for the current employees at LinkedIn, find their previous companies for which you know the compensation and ask for that previous company compensation of the role you are applying for + 20%-30% . 20-30% because they will try to negotiate you lower. You will always stay in at least median band.

Nope, didn't close it. Their initial offer was in early 30s (LPA) - significantly lower than the rest I had so I turned them down.
