I have been offered a role in a startup and equity of 0.15% of the overall equity base. Is the offer fair.

EXP: 3.2

Current CTC : 23 Fixed + 2.3 Variable + 5.5L RSU

Offered CTC : 30 Fixed + 0.15% Equity vested over 4 years.
