Epam pay and variable percentage

Hello all, what would be the variable pay percentage at epam for the b2 role? Also can anyone pls advise on the pay band for b2 band project or delivery managers? I heard it must be all the way up to 60 lpa for a delivery manager but my colleague says they won’t pay well if our base pay is lower. Am having around 20 years of experience with a lower package as of now, less than 28.5 lpa due to being stuck in same company for years. I have an offer at 45.5 now but wanted to fit in the right band for my experience. Cleared 2 rounds and am awaiting next steps.
