Entry level job market is beyond cooked ☠️

Had an intense discussion with an unplaced friend of mine about how entry level jobs are no more left in the market be it linkedin, naukri or indeed. Even though some are left they require the skills and expertise of a 5+ YOE equivalent guy. Also nowadays most of the Job postings in Linkedin specially the ones with "Easy Apply" are ghost jobs, only aimed at increasing company reach and followers. Almost 95% of jobs available require a minimum of 3+ YOE. Companies need to understand if they don't hire freshers how will they get experienced folks in future? Everything works in a loop and breaking it won't work in the long term. As things are going entry level jobs will vanish by next year completely with Anthropic and OpenAI going neck to neck with each other. Leaves no room for us developers to get a decent job.
