I came into an agreement of employment with a company, for a period of two years including six months of training period. I was given som sop's and other previous documents to read for a week and two now its only a month and I'm working. Pay is very low and there's no exposure as in terms of new technologies. Wanted to switch but don't know how. Need Guidance please help. Also if you guys having an open position for a cybersecurity engineer please let me know, I'm in a desperate need of a better opportunity right now.
These employment bonds are useless and need not to be taken seriously. If you still feel hesitant to break the bond, simply give a very strong health related reason to get rid of your current org.
